Hay
Farm.

Our passion is producing the Carolinas' best premium Fescue, Alfalfa, and Orchard hay. Six generations of farming have taught us the value of doing it the right way.

A Family Operation

Hay you can trust.

We grow it. We fertilize it. We cut it. We bale it… and we store it until you are ready to feed your horses.

Warbridge serves our equestrian community and local livestock producers, goat and sheep farmers, and hobby horse owners across the Carolinas. When you purchase hay from Warbridge, your horses are enjoying the same quality as our own thoroughbreds.

What We Sell

From the field to your barn.

Square Bales

Premium Fescue & Alfalfa squares.

Conventional 50–60 lb square bales — baled in the field and never "re-baled" in a warehouse. Available throughout all seasons. Ask about our bulk hay reservations: a small deposit secures your hay for the year.

In the Field

Cut & baled in-house.

Our equipment. Our labor. Our quality control… from windrow to wagon and from our farm to yours.

Field-Cured

Cured under optimal Carolina skies.

We harvest when the weather is optimal — not when the schedule says so.

Stored Covered

Year-round inventory.

Never on the ground. Never in the rain. We've got hay in stock outside the cutting season.

Heritage Equipment

Vintage iron, modern care.

The 1955 Oliver Super 77, purchased new by Edwin Bridges, is still pulling its weight. We maintain what works.

Pickup or Delivery

Come to us, or we'll come to you.

Pickup at the farm any day. Local delivery available within surrounding counties.

"There's no shortcut to premium hay. You must cut, tedder, rake, and bale under optimal weather conditions to ensure moisture does not impact hay quality."
— Dennis Terry · Warbridge 1885
How We Do It

Four steps from seed to barn.

Every bale that leaves Warbridge has been through the same four steps — every time, every season, every cutting.

i.

Grow it Right

Soil-tested fields, the right seed, and crop rotation that keeps the land healthy year after year.

ii.

Cut at the Right Time

We watch the forecast. We watch the moisture. We cut when it's right — not when it's convenient.

iii.

Cure & Bale

Open-sky curing. Bales tied tight, weighed, and tracked from the field to the barn.

iv.

Store Covered

Every bale goes under roof. No weather damage, no loss, no surprises when you load.
